Helmet Breaker

A hop lover's dream featuring avibrant blend of Centennial, Simcoe, Amarillo, Citra and Mosaic hops. Notes of citrus, pine, tropical fruit, flowers and slightly dank. Medium light body.

Imperial Honey Wheat Ale

Gold Sigil

This smooth, velvet ale is crafted with coriander honey from Northern California and features Amarillo hops for a complimentary aroma of citrus and light floral notes

Red Queen

A Red India Pale Ale made with flaked rye. A rich, ruby coloring and a balanced taste. Bready malt flavor with a lightly spicy finish. Notes of orange peel, floral, herbal, lemon and grapefruit.

Helles Lager

Heliophant

Award-winning Helles style lager. Light, crisp with bready malt complexity and noble hop aroma. Just enough bitterness for a crisp finish. A local favorite.

Oatmeal Stout

Black Circle

A rich chocolate forward oatmeal stout with coffee and caramel notes, dark fruit, and a smooth roasted flavor. Full bodied with enough bitterness to complement the coffee and chocolate.

American IPA

Thought Police

American IPA with a clean malt profile, whirlpool and dry-hopped with Mosaic, Talus, Eclipse, and Amarillo. Notes of mandarin orange, grapefruit, tropical fruit, stone fruit, and floral hints.

Coconut Cream Ale

Everyone's Crisis

Brewed with toasted coconut and milk sugar for a dessert-like beer. Conditioned with over 2 pounds per barrel of toasted coconut. Notes of coconut, vanilla, sweet malt and light citrus.

English Pale Ale

Beasts of England

Brewed with Maris Otter and English crystal malts. Biscuity, nutty, toffee, caramel malt flavor. Balanced with East Kent Goldings, Olicana, and Fuggle hops. Floral, strawberry, earthy and citrusy.

Imperial Barrel Aged Stout

Eschaton

Imperial stout with roasted barley, carafa, crystal malt, Munich malt, and flaked oats. Notes of dark chocolate, espresso, toffee, caramel, and dark fruit. Aged in spirit barrels annually.

Hazy Double IPA

Seek The Throne

Double IPA with HBC630, Citiva, Citra, and Azacca hops. Notes of citrus, grapefruit, cannabis, peach, banana and raspberry. Fermented with Nordic Kveik yeast for more citrus expression.
